We built Revolve Spin out of our desire to be a part of something more,
our desire to push ourselves and our desire to have the community of Chatham-Kent fall in love with indoor cycling just like we did. As the owners, we are passionate about indoor cycling and have hand-selected a group of like-minded instructors to help spread our passion throughout the community. Our goal is to provide support and encouragement for our riders both on and off the bike, bringing forth a sense of community and belonging that extends beyond the four walls of our studio.

Hi friends! I’m Raquelle, but most of my friends call me Raq. I’ve been spinning for about a year and a half now. I love spin because you get a great workout in, while having a blast! My favourite rides are climb rides- I love the high resistance and low cadence. Can’t wait to see you all on the bike!

Through my fitness journey I have found a love for group fitness and the electric environment of working together to build ourselves up. Hi all! My name’s Rachel. I’ve been spinning with Revolve for 6 months now - 4 of which I sat where you’re sitting now! I instantly fell in love with spin for its intensity; but it’s the fun and supportive community that kept me hooked! Who knew exercise could be so enjoyable!? As an instructor, I typically steer towards more old school rock & roll playlists; I do throw in some other genres to offer some variety. I look forward to seeing you in the saddle! Cheers!

Hey gang! My name is Mitch. Some of you may know me as your HYPE MAN! I consider myself the type of instructor that is heavily inspired by their riders and considers the room “my team”. Riders come to the studio with a common goal: work hard and have fun doing it. I ride with this team mentality and love to see riders pushing each other to challenge themselves. When riding with me, you can expect a wide variety of music taste, challenging tracks and a whole lot of party bangers! My classes are intense and will push you, but will accommodate all levels of riders. LET’S GET THAT TRAIN ROLLING REVOLVE!

I'm Jess, your body-positive spin instructor! I thrive on fostering community, pushing your boundaries, moving to great music, and embracing all fitness levels. My love for spin started when I tried my first ride with a friend after telling her that I "wasn't a spin girly". I was immediately addicted to the vibe and inclusiveness that they offered. I love a LOUD energentic class and encourage my riders to sing along and hollar! With a focus on low-impact exercise, spinning helps me reach my fitness goals while staying healthy. Join me for an inclusive and empowering journey where we pedal together, break boundaries, and elevate our bodies and spirits to new heights.

My name is Kelsey! I’m 27 years old and I love all things fitness, including indoor cycling. Spin is an incredible way to get your body moving because not only does it provide an instructor to guide and motivate you throughout your workout, but you also have a group of people going through the motions with you and holding you accountable.
